My job is so frustrating

Ok so I have the job at a coffee house. I LOVED It and still love my customers. My boss thinks that we are all stealing which we are NOT and now she has decided she can pay me a dollar less an hour for 6 months to make up for the cost. The cost she is talking about is a tablespoon of peanut butter that I use about one time a week when I bring an apple with me. The place is turning CRAZY and I am on a active mission to find another job that I am appreciated. I is really sad for me though because I really loved working there but I can not work in such a negative environment. Hope you are are better. ann
