Greg is 34 now! BBQ this weekend.

So Greg is another year older. He still looks young. I will be 32 soon and I like to think that I still look 25. At least that is what people tell me. SO anyways the update on the heathy eating plan. I have lost 13 pounds!!!!!It is pretty exciting. Kinds worked well when I stopped eating junk food and pasta every day. Work is going well. We can not seem to get stable people to work there so it has been a while since I have had a day off but hey things could be worse. I will post some pictures of my work. It is a really cute place. much love from hot lanta. ann

A day off is as good thing

I have been working so few hours lately that now I am working full time and have not had many nights off. Tomorrow I have off. I have my clothing all sat and bag all ready to rush out the door to the sales! i have missed them so much. There is a really good rollar girls sale tomorrow. I am sure to find treasures. I have been trying to let Greg chill alone because he has been sick. He has been so stressed that he got shingles. We were unaware that he could get it at such a young age but you can. We have no insurance so he had to spend almost 12 hours at the county hospital. 4pm until 9am the next day. I was working most of that time so he was there alone with a book. He says it was scarey and that it was so bad that he just wanted me to go home after work. He is on some medication that he takes 5 times a day. I feel so bad for him. He is out of sorts and I feel as though I can not touch him because it hurts when I do.
I best get some sleeping to go sailing tomorrow. I miss hopie and cecile my sailing buddies!

Missing home

Our good friends are getting married this weekend. I am sure it is going to be SO much fun and a happy social gathering. So far 450 people are going to be there. THis has made me a little home sick.
I also got my moped back today. It is running but not so well. I think he may be ready for that moped heaven in the sky. Unfortuately I paid 150.00 to have it fixed and it is still not working well.
Greg got this crazy rash on his back and spent from 4pm monday until 9am tues in the hospital waiting room. The hospitals here are really gross also. He is on lots of medication but will be fine. He also recieved some vicadin and does not like taking it. SOOOOO I am happy because it will really help with my back pain and cramping time too! thank you greg!

We just took a nap and woke and decided to be hams for a while. Pierre wants a brother or sister. But Greg says we have to wait! When a sister does come we have decided she will be a english bulldog baby. It is hot agian today so we are haning out inside while Greg is at school. Typical day of relaxing. It is pretty nice. I work tonight slinging coffee and creating food to eat. I am learning to cook little meals for the customers at the coffee house. It is pretty fun. I am finding out that i like to cook.
speaking of cooking. Hells kitchen is done and the tattoo guy won. Whatever!

Relaxing day.....

If would recommend IRON AND WINE to anyone that would like to relax and listen to some really beautiful music. Please buy IRON AND WINE. You will not be disapointed. The lyrics alone are worth it.
I am helping run a little coffee bar and ice cream place. It is really fun and tonight I am going to try my hand at making some food for the place. I am going to start slow with some hummus and pita. I know that is starting really slow but I want to perfect anything I make.
Greg is at school today and I am going to walk to work soon. I miss all of you and hope minneapolis is treating you well. I still feel as though I am on vacation or something.
finally the heat has cooled a little. I has been about 79 lately. Wonderful!
